  • DASH Eating Plan – recommended by 2005 Dietary Guidelines for Americans and the American Heart Association.
  • MyPyramid.gov Eating Plan – personalized eating plans for adults & children based off of the 2005 Dietary Guidelines for Americans.  The site provides many interactive tools and worksheets to help keep your goals on track.
  • Dietary Guidelines for Americans – current version is 2005 with the 2010 due to be released soon.  Contains many helpful publications and planners for people to print out and use.
  • CDC Nutrition – Center for Disease Control has a site covering a wide array of health topics, including nutrition, physical activity, and weight control.
  • Nutrition.gov – has more general information on nutrition education and meal planning.
